Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the nn333 website accessible at nn333.bet, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, features, and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the nn333 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered and holds an active Account on nn333, or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.

• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond nn333's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet service disruptions, or acts of war.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nn333 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Your acceptance is binding from the moment you tick the acceptance checkbox during registration or from the first time you access the Platform, whichever occurs first.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of your use of nn333, including Real Money Play, use of Bonus Funds, participation in tournaments and promotions, and any communications with nn333's customer support team.

If you are accessing nn333 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions, and you accept these Terms on their behalf.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on nn333, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for online casino gaming in the Philippines as established by PAGCOR.
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of nn333 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or game suppliers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from nn333 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform where such exclusion remains active.
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory body.
• You have not previously had an Account on nn333 that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile number. nn333 will conduct KYC verification using a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — acceptable forms include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, or driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

nn333 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approval of a registration application does not waive nn333's right to subsequently verify eligibility and suspend or close an Account if eligibility requirements are not met.

Account Obligations

Each Player may hold only one Account on nn333. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. nn333 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts will be suspended and any pending balances withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nn333 Login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered details must be submitted to customer support with supporting documentation.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

nn333 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from nn333 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately. nn333 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your Account credentials.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances. Account sharing, account trading, and account selling are all prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination.

Deposits & Withdrawals

nn333 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, and USDT cryptocurrency. All account balances are maintained in PHP. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. nn333 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which nn333 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible — this is an anti-money-laundering requirement, not a discretionary policy.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before real money winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• nn333 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money-laundering requirements.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified Accounts are processed same-day during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Bonuses & Promotions

nn333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant bonus offer page.

General bonus terms applicable to all nn333 promotions:

• A Player may only claim each specific bonus offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• nn333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a bonus has an expiry date or time limit, any unused bonus funds or unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.

Gaming Rules & Conduct

All games available on nn333 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the rules applicable to that game. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

RNG systems are tested by independent third-party laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with PAGCOR technical standards. • Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of obscuring your true location.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the Platform or any game in a manner not permitted by nn333.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of bugs or errors are void and will be reversed.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading Account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nn333 Platform — including but not limited to the nn333 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game content licensed to nn333, software, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of nn333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of nn333's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. nn333 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nn333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nn333 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether nn333 had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, including internet service outages, power failures, or government-mandated Platform suspension.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from delays in withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider or banking institution.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude nn333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

nn333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously as both a PAGCOR licence condition and an ethical imperative. Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable entertainment activity. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help promptly.

nn333 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible free of charge from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Suspension & Termination

nn333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts or violation of the single-account policy.
• Detection of access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, nn333 will endeavour to complete its investigation within 30 calendar days. Following the investigation, if no breach is found, the Account will be reinstated with full access and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, nn333 reserves the right to permanently close the Account and, where applicable, forfeit the Account balance in accordance with these Terms.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting nn333 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC or anti-money-laundering checks. Bonus Funds balances will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

nn333 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — nn333 will notify registered Players via the email address registered to their Account at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

For non-material changes — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in the regulatory environment — nn333 may update these Terms without prior notice, with the revised terms taking effect from the date of publication on this page.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the nn333 Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific game outcome, bonus calculation, or transaction, you must first raise the matter with nn333's customer support team by contacting [email protected] with full details of the disputed event. nn333 will investigate and provide a response within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with nn333's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process.

nn333's records — including transaction logs, game history, session data, and customer communications — shall be the primary evidence used in any dispute resolution process, and shall be considered accurate and binding in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
